Civil Engineering Operations:
Goose Creek Water Treatment Plant:
Reviewed engineering consultants design for modification of old plant equipment. Reviewed contractor’s proposals, inspected construction, tested plant modifications; coordinate plant shutdown and startup for installation of modification projects. Operated a 12 MGD surface water treatment plant.

Marine Engineering Operations:
Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (PATT):
Dredging of marine channels and port construction on the diesel electric suction hopper dredge Port-of-Spain II. Managed engineroom operations and maintenance of the motor ships MF Gelting, MV Tobago and MF Panorama and was promoted from Third Engineer to Second Engineer.
